- Du bereitest Produktwissen, Dokumentationen und Experten-Know-how verständlich und zielgruppengerecht auf.
- Du unterstützt beim Aufbau automatisierter Prozesse für die Erstellung, Übersetzung und Aktualisierung von Trainingsinhalten.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Consulting, Produktmanagement und unseren Trainern zusammen und bringst eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung der Academy ein.

Deine Aufgaben
Dein Profil
- Du studierst Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medieninformatik, Bildungswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Du begeisterst dich für generative KI und hast bereits Erfahrung mit Claude gesammelt.
- Du kannst komplexe technische Themen verständlich und ansprechend vermitteln.
- Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrungen mit Videobearbeitung, E-Learning-Plattformen, Automatisierung oder Scripting gesammelt.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
