Technical ISMS & Compliance Manager (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

Wir bauen unsere Managementsysteme rund um ISO 27001, TISAX und SOC 2 gezielt weiter aus und verankern dabei auditfähige Strukturen nachhaltig im Unternehmen. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du zentrale Verantwortung für Zertifizierungs- und Nachweisthemen, arbeitest eng mit relevanten Stakeholdern zusammen. 

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick
  • Du entwickelst unser ISMS nach ISO 27001 weiter und koordinierst weitere Standards wie beispielsweise TISAX, SOC 2 und ISO 9001.
  • Du planst und begleitest interne sowie externe Audits einschließlich der Vor- und Nachbereitung.
  • Du übersetzt Anforderungen in konkrete Maßnahmen und steuerst deren Umsetzung, Fristen und Nachweise.
  • Du stellst eine aktuelle und auditfähige Dokumentation von Richtlinien, Prozessen und Kontrollen sicher.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Management und den Fachbereichen sowie externen Prüfern zusammen.

Dein Profil

  • Relevante Berufserfahrung im Informationssicherheitsmanagement, IT-Audit, IT-Compliance oder Zertifizierungsumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der ISO 27001 und praktische Erfahrung im Aufbau, Betrieb oder in der Weiterentwicklung eines ISMS; Erfahrung mit TISAX, SOC 2 oder weiteren Standards ist wünschenswert
  • Ein gutes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, Anforderungen strukturiert in die Praxis zu übertragen
  • Eigenständige, sorgfältige und verbindliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
